Catering jobs typically vary based on these factors
Number of guests
Menu selection/ item modifications
If chef needs to hire additional help to execute plan and menu
if minor decor is needed to be provided
Set up needs such as placing decor (food is always set up by chef unless requested other wise)
Market prices change, so pricing for food is based on market price
Above I have listed some basic catering menu options that I have a basic price list for all of the options I have listed can be done in an affordable range while still delivering major flavors the prices listed are not approximate numbers, that will be provided once I complete a food and item check list. The final number will not change unless approved changes are made.
